1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to find an alternative solution.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 for orders below ₹999
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and a link to track your package in real time.

7. Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

8. Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the package

…our team will contact you for reshipment.

Note: Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

We currently do not ship internationally.
