This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item is returned with original packaging and accessories

1.2 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To approve any return or refund request, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened.

The unboxing video must show:

  • The unopened parcel

  • The full unboxing process without cuts or edits

  • The product clearly visible

  • The issue (damage, missing item, wrong product, etc.)

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted, as this proof is required to process claims.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Hygiene or personal care items

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

1.4 Timeframe

Return requests must be made within  5 Days of receiving your order.


2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at domowaycart@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video.

  2. Our support team will review the unboxing video and issue approval if the claim is valid.

  3. Once approved, you must ship the product to our return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

3.1 Approval Process

Refunds are processed only after:

  • We receive the returned item

  • Our team inspects the condition

  • The unboxing video has been verified

3.2 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The product is not in its original condition

  • Items or accessories are missing

  • Packaging is damaged


4. Exchanges

We replace products only if:

  • They are defective

  • They are damaged

  • You received the wrong item

An unboxing video is required for exchange requests as well.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. First, check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your bank or card provider about processing time
